We accept returns on most items for exchange, store credit or refund up to 14 calendar days after you receive delivery of the product(s). After 14 calendar days, we will offer no refund. New products must be in "new, unaltered, unmounted and unused condition".
All item received in error or damaged in shipping from Karza must be reported to our Customer Support. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received in error from us, will qualify for exchange, store credit or a full refund including all shipping costs incurred.
Every item has up to 1 year warranty. In the unlikely event that an item becomes faulty during that period, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
